    We are looking for individuals interested in selling cloud-based platforms and related services to join our awesome team in Mexico City and build a sales career path in our company. If you recently graduated from college, enjoys selling (or thinks that might like to sell), and have strong communication skills, then most likely you are the person we are seeking. Who we are? SYSTEC is a leading consulting company specialized in selling, implementing, training and developing customized solutions in some of the most innovative IT solutions for project management and process automation. What is this role about? Identify and contact new prospects in Mexico, Central, South America and USA for IT cloud-based solutions. Understand the needs of the prospects and develop an offer that makes sense to solve their problems using these solutions (in other words, consultative selling). Explain and carry out demos (mainly virtually) of the cloud-based platforms to potential clients. Manage the strategic cycle of opportunities, from its creation to its close. Track inbound opportunities. Negotiate prices, discounts and packages that combine software and services. Execute webinars about the cloud-based solutions under your scope. Work with the marketing team to design and execute digital promotion campaigns. What bases are we looking for in candidates? University degree recently completed. Business-level english, both written and spoken. Excelente ortografía y redacción en español. Proficient with MS Office. Which skills are required? Customer service attitude. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Capacity to analyze, listen, structure and conceptualize sales opportunities. Focus in results and establish objectives. Ability to quickly learn on how to use the cloud-based solutions to be promoted. What are we offering? Compensation based on a fixed salary + attractive commissions. An excellent work environment. Hybrid work scheme, with a maximum of 2 days per week working in the office. Training in the solutions we sell. Permanent contract after a 3 month trial period. Work with customers in Mexico, Central, South America, USA and Spain.
